Common questions
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only billed the prorated difference.
What currency are prices in?
Billing is in KES (Kenyan Shillings) by default. If you are outside Kenya, approximate USD prices are shown. We accept M-Pesa, card, and bank transfer.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. The Free plan is free forever. The 100 sales/month limit resets at the start of each calendar month.
What happens if I exceed the free plan limits?
You will be notified when you are approaching your limits. Sales above 100/month will be held as drafts until you upgrade. You won't lose any data.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Tenant data is fully isolated — one tenant can never access another's data. All credentials are AES-256 encrypted. Auth tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies and never exposed to JavaScript.
